Shipment confirmation and tracking

International shipping duties and taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once your shipment reaches your destination country. BondPaw are not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility.

Missing or lost packages

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information. If the tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.
